What We do?

In Business For 20 Years

Property management falls into two main categories: homeowners associations and rentals.

Many management companies provide only one of these services. Strangely, managing rentals requires a license, while managing homeowners associations presently does not.

Thurman, Secretary, Saltaire at Carlsbad
On behalf of the Saltaire Homeowners Association of Carlsbad, CA, a development consisting of 60 single family homes, I highly recommend Pilot as a management company for homeowners associations. In the year or so that they have managed our association, they have made continuous on-site visits, including walking association common areas to evaluate landscaping, checking out homes for possible code violations, and have maintained close coordination with the Association Board. This increased vigilance and attention to detail by Pilot officials has resulted in timely resolution of problem areas within the development.
